Becoming the best version of yourself is a lifelong adventure – so let go of self-limiting beliefs and start walking that path toward your true potential!

I often talk with clients about becoming the "BEST VERSION OF THEMSELVES."

Many professionals, however, need help with the concept.

It's a goal many aspire to, yet achieving it can be elusive due to self-sabotage—unconscious decisions hindering happiness and success.

Figuring out where and how to start can seem challenging in light of these decisions.

Here are ten practical steps to help you avoid some of those unconscious foot faults and unlock your true potential:

1. Live with more intention by proactively deciding your goals, creating plans, and implementing them. Adjust your paths and behavior based on real-world feedback.

2. Make deliberate choices aligned with your goals and values. Staying true to decisions and taking responsibility for your chosen path is critical.

3. Regularly reflect on thoughts, emotions, and actions. Identify strengths and weaknesses to make informed decisions aligned with your authentic self.

4. Embrace opportunities for learning and development. Seek experiences that challenge you, fostering continuous personal growth.

5. Surround yourself with supportive individuals. Cultivate connections aligned with your values, encouraging goals and providing constructive feedback.

6. Develop resilience, learn from setbacks, and adapt your approach. Challenge fears, fact-check anxious thoughts, and build resilience to face uncertainty.

7. Let go of limiting beliefs and negative thoughts. Recognize your inherent value and genuinely believe in it.

8. Find your purpose and live with conviction to avoid future regrets. Focus on what you "must" do rather than what you "should" do.
